Rear speedway wing on 1987 Lola

Just a question on how the end plates and the top foil of the Lola wing look. I putting together one at present and not sure if I should sand it all flush or leave a visible joint line.
I’ve looked and looked and can’t find a decent picture of the top of a rear wing.

I believe it's one piece. I've checked other photos too, they aren't as big as this one but you clearly can see the angle in the parts coming together.
