Car built for Ricardo Nault. Business manager for Rahal/Letterman and was the chief mechanic on Oriol Servia's 2009 DAFCA Indy 500 Dallara.
Moved front wing back, added body aero on the nose by the #17, Exhaust ports covered in carbon fiber decal, new mirrors, new front & rear end plates. Added a custom Oriol driver figure with helmet decals by me. Customized the base and put Ricardo's photo in the background with a picture of the car.

Beautiful Stu. That's the Gurney Eagle tribute paint scheme. What paints did you use?

Thanks guys. Ralph is right sort of. Mica blue but I decanned some dark blue to get it a bit darker and actually air brushed this one. The sun really brought the color out so it's much darker in normal light.
Mike! Mums the word. Long story but Ricardo is not aware that I did this car for him. Yet!!!

Wish I knew what Instagram was! LOL I presented the car to Ricardo on Saturday morning at 6:30am in the Rahal/Letterman/Lanigan garage. Met Oriol and Graham and both are super guys. Ricardo came over and was just amazed at the car and Oriol thought it was really cool as well. Ricardo couldn't have been nicer and I ate breakfast and lunch in their team hospitality trailer. Special thanks to Steve for getting me the bronze badge and being able to have the coolest experience ever! I have tons of pictures of most every car so if you guys need a pic of something special, I may have it. Stu

Sounds like you had a great time! This is why I lived in Indy...only in May though. Other 11 months I'm fine here in AZ. Can you emails me any pics of Davison's #33 car and Helio's Pennzoil car? Thanks and glad you had a good time at The Speedway!

The car looks great!! And what a rewarding day it must have been when you presented it, probably made it more than worth it to do all the work! So cool that they appreciated your talent and thoughtfulness!
