I'm happy because IMO all winners NEED to be done and this is the only winner post WWII that has not been done yet.

Wow! Talk about unequal length A arms-the lower is about 2-1/2 times as long as the upper which means a bump in either direction results in a fair amount of negative camber.
The whole thing looks very fragile, especially the joint between the lower A arm and the hub upright. There must have been spacer washers in there to prevent the Heim joint and the flanges on the bottom of the upright from beating each other to death.
Looking forward to this one as Graham Hill was one of my favorites and one of the last gentleman drivers. I was at Watkins Glen when he let his teammate Jim Clark win with broken suspension when he could easily have passed him.

I'd sure be interested in building G.Hill's Lola. One of the missing links. Good looking car too. Keep us posted!

Holy Hop Toads! I'll be able to build John Surtees' Lola ride at Riverside. He did only that race in an Indy car.

I built this from the old 1/16 Bandai kit. I love the look of the car. I am excited to see how your new kit looks. Please keep us posted on the progress.
