Jim Clark dominated the 1963 French GP, winning by over a minute from the pole position. The race was a microcosm of the season with Clark winning seven races, six poles and having seven fastest laps in ten races contested. His 54 points was more than enough to win the World Driver's Title, with second place Graham Hill scoring 29 points. The Lotus 25 was a revolutionary car, the design of Colin Chapman. It was the first fully monocoque chassis car to run in F-1. It was structurally stiffer and lighter than other F-1 cars and in the hands of a master driver like Jim Clark, it proved perhaps one of the most formidable Grand Prix cars of all time. The car was built box stock from the Tamiya Lotus 25 kit, painted Tamiya racing green and Tamiya yellow. Thanks for looking.

Great job on the kit! I only wish that there was only a chance that F1 cars of the 60's would ever be made.
