I am happy to announce that we are bringing back our Marmon Wasp kit, but this time it is a 100% 3d printed resin kit, with major detail upgrades from our first release 8 years ago. This kit is produced in-house. It is currently on display at the Indy 500 Memorabilia show in Plainfield Indiana through tomorrow. I did bring some kits to sell, but as I type this I only have two left, but it will be available for purchase through my website. This is a full detail kit with decals, and we also offer a standalone engine kit (engine IS included in the full kit, the engine kit is only if you want a standalone engine to display). Some up the upgrades from the Mk I version of this kit: Added cockpit detail Redesigned rear-view mirror with full detail Added spark plug wires. Redesigned fuel caps Added 3d printed body straps Added 3d printed rear fin suppports Improved detail on the hand brake Added engine detail Added support brace in engine compartment Redesigned tail Redesigned start crank Price: Full kit $169 Engine kit $35 Web page and instructions are not done, nor is the ordering system, but it's on it's way: www.indycals.net/wasp.html

Wow, that looks great! Ironically, I just pulled out my original Wasp kit to get started on it. Might pick up an engine kit to go with it. Can't really justify a buying an all new one (even tho I'd like to).

Just stunning. Thank you so much, Michael. I missed out the first time around. While I cannot make the show I will send you an order when you get home. Enjoy the day, enjoy the race. My best, Jim.

This is just too cool. I love it. I will plan to order one for sure as I wasn’t even on this forum for the first release. Great stuff. Thank you.

I still need to do instructions and an ordering page and get some more printed up but the Wasp will be available for online ordering soon.

Just a quick update - since getting back from the 500 I've been battling my annual post-indy, hotel-induced respiratory infection which has had me more tired and cranky than normal for the last 3 weeks so I'm WAY behind where I wanted to be - like 2 weeks or so. Still working on the instructions and ordering pages and cranking out more parts for kits. My goal is to have everything wrapped up and the Wasp available for purchase through the website as soon as possible. It also doesn't help that I've been working on another 3d printed kit

Any hints on what the "another 3d printed kit" is?

The photos don't really do justice on how well the quality of this kit is, it really looks even more fantastic in person!
