FPPM says after he completes the Merc 1937 W125 and Ferrari 125 open wheel he will do the Alfa Romeo P3 all in 1/24th scale and the 125 in both 1/24th scale and 1/20th scale. We could also see an open wheel W196 in 1/24th scale as Hachette did the aero 1955 Monza W196 winner.

The FPPM Ferrari 1/24th scale 125 is out already. The W125 1937 will be out in a month or two along with a Alfa Romeo P3 all in 1/24th scale.
I counted 49-50 World Drivers Championship cars available or soon to be available from Hachette IXO in 1/24th scale. With the Pinto FPPM models you can do a total of 53 champions with several duplicates. And know FPPM is filling in the holes for pre war and early post war open wheel GP cars. Out of 73 cars from 1950-2022 we only need 20 more to have a complete collection.

FPPM Fernando Pinto is working on the Wilber Shaw Maserati 8CTF Indy winner in 1/24th scale. He is also working on the Maserati Monza and INDY 420M 1958 and 1959 cars in 1/24th scale.

I have the FPPM 1/24th Alfa Romeo 12C and it is a stunner, maybe his best ever. The fit is very tight. He is now doing part of the kits printed, and the body resin. His research is better than almost anyone else, so this new form of making the master's is putting him ahead of almost everyone. The Maserati Indy cars will be very much something to look forward to.
