I used Krylon #3104 Glowing Lemon Yellow. Can also says Brilliant Fluorescent. The image doesn't show it very well, but it is fluorescent. I bought it at WalMart, no Menards around here.

Looks great Calvin. The AFP looks good! I noticed you painted the cowling louvers. Good.
Just one question sir, where do the certification stickers go? I'm working an '18 Power and i cannot find where they go. Love the carbon fibre floor. Nice touch!

Penske doesn't like the tech stickers for some reason. I checked my race day shots of the winning cars from this year and last (including post-race tech shots) and I don't see them. Nor do I see them in qualifying shots. I don't know if he's hiding them (like he did in the early 80s) or if he's just not displaying them for some reason. I include them as a matter of 'they probably were on the car somewhere at some point.' Mabye it's something the scrutineers put on the car after going through tech and Penkse takes them off?

I wonder what the deal with Tech stickers are.... I don't see a reason to hide them.
Its not a detriment to run it.
Apparently isnt required. I thought you had to run one.

Does Penske still paint everything on his cars? I understand there was a time when he did not use decals or wrap but just painted everything including the graphics so the cars would be super smooth in the wind stream. Just a thought.

Not sure why quals and not race.
Dosnt seem to make sense. I dont see a reason not to run them in a race. Cant be weight or aero.

I'm guessing that it's only mandatory for qualifying and that Penske is the only one who bothers to remove them, more for aesthetics than anything.
