Man, Michael, you're really knocking them out! Looks great! Are you running out of 956 kits yet?

Michael, If it's not too much trouble, could you explain how you are able to remove the decals without damaging the paint? I remember you gave some info on this in some posts you did about your Clark/Hill Lotus 49 Gold Leaf model back when, but darned if I can find that thread or even remember which forum you posted it on.
Thanks, Cameron

Thanks, Cameron I just pull them off with cellophane tape. Keep in mind I don't use setting solutions on these temporary liveries.

Mike, I'm looking forward to down the road doing more road racing cars.
the Porsche 956 and 962C variants are just about at the top of the list. What struck me as being rather odd, is that Tamiya's kits for both cars are out of stock at all my usual online resources. I can get the Hasegawa 962C but the Tamiya kit is just more detailed and a better build IMHO.

Michael, are your plans for the 956 long tails to do all the LeMans winners? Will that include the 1982 Rothmans car? Count me in for that sheet if/when you bring that one out. I’ve grown quite fond of the 1982 style striping.

Michael, Thanks for the info. ebay has always been my last place to buy as the shipping times from the Orient is 3-4 wks. that's not to say that I don't use that resource. I just bought a the Tamiya 1/18 scale Lola T-160 that will be paired with their McLaren M8A, which came from Staten Island NY. Since I live on LI, I'd say that's pretty local. Joel
