Lotus-BRM Mk32 F2

This was a project I started some time ago and sat aside. I finished assembling it last night. It started out as a SCCA FB car with a Lotus Twin-cam engine (this was a Mini Exotics product I bought before Tony went out of business thank the Maker!)



It then morphed into a winged FB car...



and then It was finally changed into the Peter Revson Mk32 at Crystal Palace in 1965...


The engine was changed out for a modified Heller Ford engine made to look like a BRM version...






about this time I sat the project aside...
I re-started the project a few days ago...



and finished the decaling (My thanks to Michael for the "Ron Harris-Team Lotus" decals!!)...


Hopefully I'll finish all my stalled projects this way!! What's next?

So that's where all the short Indy Lotus suspension arms ended up. Patrick's rule- never discard anything.

For any new modelers to this site:
We old timers call Patrick: "Parts Box From Hell"...he builds toy cars into masterpieces and never seems to be short the proper suspension, engine, and bodywork...I have a vision that he has a Sears Roebuck tool box (you know 3' wide and 4' tall) that is filled with 100,00+ model parts...
