BTW I'm really looking forward to applying the decals as I LOVE DECALING! The bigger the decals the more of an arousing experience it is for me. (excite) You do huh? I'm gonna send you a kit of this. Could you please apply the decals and send it back.

Looks really good but it is strange to see you assembling the model as you go along like the rest of us LOL Solid work on a nice patriotic scheme.

I hadn't noticed the rather interesting windscreen before. Good, so it wasn't just me I had not picked that up in the reference photos either. Jordan

Calvin,
I have looked at this thread many times and just realized I have been remiss in commenting on it, which I want to do because it's a great-looking build. I will have one of these in my hands soon that I want to build right away, but the large decals make me nervous. I'm contemplating just painting the red. You did such a good job with them, though, that I have a little hope. Maybe I'll try it and if I fail, then paint. We'll see...
In any event, nice job on yours!

Thank you, Art!
IMO the decals are GREAT! I just used Solvaset and carefully controlled the wrinkling when the decal set does its work....
I say just try the cockpit red decal first and see how you do....as its the hardest....
