thanks guys for the compliments , its been a quick learning curve , sometimes having to make multiable pieces till I get it right. I couldn't help myself I had to mock it up to see where I was and make sure it kind a looked right. I just have to out what the rear wing spill plates look like , because I don't know if the kit are right . I seen one with aluminum unpainted wing plates on it and I may go that way . But here are the mock up pics
thanks again Chuck

Just found this photo, it may help. What the heck was it doing on a Road Course?!?!?! They didn't have any Road Course races on the USAC schedule back then! Was it entered in an F5000 race because I think I see an SCCA logo behind the front wing?

At Riverside 1974 F5000 race, Bobby Unser driving. Posted on Facebook today by Mr. Fred Bernius who took the photo at Riverside in 74. Riverside 27 Oct 1974 Riverside Grand Prix finished 20th, out on lap 8 with engine failure

At Riverside in 1974 Bobby Unser won his Qualifying heat (race #2) and only lasted 8 laps in the 40 lap feature race.

My goodness, that rear end is just spectacular. (Said that to a lady once - got slapped ) Looks like it's ready to install in a real car. The parts from RB Motion are beautiful. I was actually at the Riverside race. Uncle Bobby had them covered, which really surprised me. With the weight of the Indy car and the turbo lag I figured it would be a dog. The wonderful power of too-much power. IIRC this was the race where Mario had his helmet stolen between heats. He borrowed J.R.'s, who had either DNQ'd or dropped out of the first heat. I have a pic somewhere of Mario in the Lola 332 with the lone star on his helmet. MJ

Hello guys I have started on the cockpit area but the dash board was bothering me . I didn't like the raise gauges like it comes in the kit so I drew a dash board and printed it out on my Alps . Here are the 3 pics , first is the plastic dash board , 2nd is the drawing of it in corel and the 3rd is a printed decal installed
thanks Chuck

The GREAT Bobby Unser would say...."thats the finest model I have ever seen!"
But IMO this is one of the best AMT builds of this Eagle I have seen.
