....JPM pull off his first win since 2000! BTW I like his paint job today. I liked the race today - it was just like the olden days just like people want....right?

Also, happy to witness the fastest 500 mile race EVER! 202 MPH! No other series can catch that!

Not much racing. Everyone, but TK was saving fuel right from the start. Never been big on JPM or his fans, but I had no problem with the win. I was never a fan of Tracy when he was driving, but I thought the whole broadcast team did a pretty good job. I sure hope everyone enjoyed the race, because, from the looks of the stands, it might have been the last one at Pocono. Power continues to be his own worst enemy. All in all 7 out of 10 IMO.

The comment he made about the announcers got the tension a little higher. Its hard for me to know for sure but do you think that was a dirty block? I thought it was more of a hesitational move...I really dont think was 100% intentional.

I do know that there was an AP article on the expected crowd (or lack thereof) at Pocono and the track looking at the possibility of ending it's contract a year early if the people didn't show up. It wasn't a bad race, but the track just seemed big and empty with only 21 cars on it. It reminded me of MIS in 2007, I was there in the stands, and you could just tell they weren't going to be coming back. I must agree on the announcing, Paul Tracy did a fine job announcing (which pains me to say). Will Power continues to puzzle, his block on Castroneves was pretty blatant, especially for your teammate. I won't deny his talent, but he seems to keep finding new ways to shoot himself in the foot and after four year of it, I just have to wonder. I have disliked Montoya since his F3000 days, but he deserved the win today.

He can only blame himself if he loses the title again. I'm the biggest Power fan and disappointed by his moves on his teammates. Even if Helio deserved a good chop...jk.
