HEY LANCE!!!!!!
And everyone else....
[imghttp://www.lsresincars.com/file/images/acf6de2.jpg][/img]
While we're making request of Lance....Maybe you should re-issue this beauty for those who didn't get one the first time. If you missed it, you missed the best model ever done of this historic car!!...I'll sign up to buy one if you do. Let's get nine others to join in...
And maybe we can get Mike to do Dan Gurney's car decals?
Just a thought - Best to you
Russ

Ditto to Duane's post! Russ, great looking Lotus. Darn. I sure missed alot of great kits over the years. Does anyone have a list of the models Lance has produced. It seems someone posted a list of somebody's resin kits here before, but darn if I could find it. I'd ask Lance for a list, but I don't want to ask him to do anything that will slow him up on re-popping the Novi's !!!! Sandy

You can count me in on at least two Lotus 38s. The one's I know I've definately missed are: 69 Eagle 74 English Leather Spl. 81 Coyote 81 Interscope 81 Gurney Eagle I would also be interested in another 70 Mongoose and a 71 Kuzma. I was actually hoping Lance would update the 70 Mongoose into a 71 Mongoose. I would also be interested in a complete list of Lance's projects, so I can continue to cry about the ones I missed! I keep the towel beside my work bench to wipe my tears every now and then....

Since we're playing Dog Pile on Lance, I'd like Mario's 67 Dean Van Lines

I'd get at least one.... the '65 obviously but I'd at least consider a second to build Jimmy's #19 STP car from 1966 - that's a pretty hot looking car, too! ;D

I will reissue the Lotus if I can get 3 more orders for it . I no longer deal with the person who originally did the metal for it as there were some quality issues and loss of some of the masters ( I do have all the masters for the Lotus) , so I will have to have new molds made for the metal parts. This could be ready to go by the end of Feb. Lance

Jim Clark at the Wheel sits proudly on my bookshelf. The set will be complete with one of these. I missed the first issue. Count me in for one.

Looks like we have a winner :-) And while we might sound whiny to some. The point we are trying to make is that at least Lance can feel confident that he can sell a full run of the kit when he moves it up the list. He will do what makes financial sense for his business and in these times, picking a certain winner is a good use of his time and resources. Just my honest opinion - not speaking for Lance.

while lance probably has to consider if something he re- releases will sell enough to make it worthwhile, it sure can't hurt to ask! duane

The more I think about this, the more excited I am to have another chance at this kit. I just saw the car a year ago at the Henry Ford Museum. Classic - what a race car should look like in many ways.

Duane, I figure at least 4 depending on what decals are available. Of course if Gurney's 65 decals become available that'll be another one and if you can find some numbers for Clark's 67 Lotus, chalk another one up. Got my copy today. Thanks again Lance! The Lotus looks great and I'm glad I could get them after missing the first wave! I hope we can do this again on some others I missed out on!
