Well, it seems that "The Machine" and yours truly have build a couple of the same cars lately. We both just finished a 1966 Eagle and are both working on a 1967 Coyote. I started this car right before the Gurney Eagle arrived and put the Coyote aside so I could build the Eagle (sounds like a zoo with all those animal names ) but now I'm getting close to having it finished. I need to paint the wheels, decal and dullcote the tires and put the windscreen on and it'll be finished. I should have all of that completed by about mid week. All and all I am pleased with this car up to this point, it is a very straightforward kit and hasn't given me any real problems. I did dork up the chin spoiler a little by not having it jut too far out, that is annoying but all in all it looks nice I think. I've painted it ScaleFinishes Poppy Red and used IndyCals decals. I apologize for my photography, it isn't the best in the world! Thank you for looking and I hope to have the car completed shortly!

Well, it seems that "The Machine" and yours truly have build a couple of the same cars lately. Great modelers build alike! But to be truthful I have so many WIP's going all at once I dont think its coincidental. Looking good! Nothing beats a Foyt car!

Hey, redlegs, that Coyote looks awesome. My main goal right now is to build all 4 of A.J.'s winners. I have the '61 ready to do, a '64 transkit from Lance, a '77 Coyote from Bill j. and a truly great friend is holding me a '67 Coyote. I was down with the cancer thing when they were released and my friend was very thoughtful! Along with an Etzel Dirt car kit I can build A.J.'s first ride (or close to it), and I have some decals to do his later March. Yrp, I am a BIG A.J. Foyt Jr. fan!

Thank you for all the compliments, Mongo I can't wait to see your Foyt builds. I don't know if you remember but I sent you a PM years ago on the Randy Ayers forum about this car if you knew if it would be released any time in the near future and you said you didn't know but you wanted one too. I figured I would never get one until Lance released it a couple years ago and here is the completed. I am glad you have it and I can't wait to see it added to your collection!
