I love the black white and red schemes they came out with a few years ago. I really enjoy team cars when they are all the same color. Grew up in the 50's loving the Bowes Seal Fast cars.

I like it but I like the Shell and PPG schemes the most! Think Shell will be on board for Indy.

Not a big silly season move but there was the question mark about sponsorship when Montoya signed with Team Penske. It was announced today that Verizon is picking up *at least* 8 races on JPM's #2. They will still be full-time on Will Power's #12. Verizon is also picking up a race on Helio's #3 (I didn't see anything indicating more than one race for Vz on the #3). Apparently, all three Team Penske cars will be in Verizon colors for the GP of Indy. Should be a sharp trio In my mind, I'm picturing something like the 2010 cars with similar paintjobs and just endplates varying in colors (black/red/white) to tell them apart. Jordan

Jordan if you have Instagram check out Paddock Insiders pic of Montoya's car. Will definitely not look alike. And it just shot to the top of my to do list lol.

Yeah, I'm on Instagram Wife told me I needed it to stay up with the lives of our nieces on both sides. I just pulled it up and I see it (I was following them) and I LIKE IT!!! Here it is with your comment and Pippa's. I sent you a follow request a while back on IG, no biggie if you like to keep your stuff private (I am). BTW, you need to follow halloffamecollection as you get to guess at who and when a piece of bodywork, steering wheel, or driving suit is from. James Davison is usually a pretty active guesser and seems to know his stuff better than most. Jordan

I cant watch this Indy series. It bores me. You have spec cars, pay for ride drivers. Its just junk compared to Cart. They need 3 or 4 chassis & engines to make this good. Look at that Verizon car it is but ugly.

That's the cool thing about the technology today, regardless of whether you the modern stuff, you can watch a ton of old races on YouTube, videos are always for sale (VHS, DVD, & Blu-Ray), and IMS sells radio broadcasts going back as far as 1955. I have gone through and watched entire seasons (like CART 98/99) in my spare time off of YouTube. I have the 2001 Michigan race up on another window right now!! Looks like Will's got the same paintjob from last year but Helio's sidepods are inverted to black writing on white. And the endplates are the three different colors to help indicate which car is which.... so at least I had that right Jordan

Agreed Jordan on all points there.

Graham Rahal released the preview of his 2014 paint scheme. A real departure from the camo look of the #4 car. I like the look from the top a lot, the side view will have to grow on me some more. Will take some getting used to for sure but I like how it works with the shape of the car in a different but almost classic look. I think you could Martini on the car with this stripe lay out without any alterations Link in case image does not show up: pbs.twimg.com/media/BgZTGdpCAAArkt3.pngJordan

This is great news. Even though Kurt has shown some questionable behavior in the past I wish him well. He can be his own worst enemy, but his talent is obvious. This can only help the series, at least for the month of May.

Wish Servia had a full ride or at least the first few races to see if sponsorship could materialize.

More gimmicks. All major racing series are turning into "reality tv". Forget racing, lets go for entertainment. Dontcha want to jump up and down and feel all warm and fuzzy inside? Before you know they will have green screens placed around the track so ABC can add computer animations of wild wicked crashes for your entertainment benefit...just like in the movies!

www.wheels.ca/news/paul-tracy-to-race-in-indy-500-dont-bet-against-it/I am not sure how much credence to give this article. But it interesting lists Paul Tracy as looking for an Indy ride which isn't totally new as I have read that before (on Racer.com?) in connection with another KV Racing entry. What is new is that it lists Robby Gordon as looking for an Indy 500 ride - I had not heard a word about that possibility. With JPM and JV back, it would be a kick to see PT and Robby back for Indy 500 runs, too. If they get Indy rides, I think I'll make up a I <3 the 90's IndyCar edition poster for my avatar LOL What do you guys think? It is fair to say if you do not think they will not do well but please no driver bashing (he's a crasher, no talent, etc) Jordan
