I had a great time today working as a extra for ESPN's new Indy 500 commerical. They say it could start airing as soon as next weekend, and run all the way up to the Pre-Race show. We had to bring coolers, cameras and extra hats and shirts so we looked like fans in the stands.
We had to file in and sit in about 20 different locations, so that the 60 people there looked like 60,000. Golf carts were pushing Helio's and Will's cars on they track while filming at slow shutter speeds, to look like they were doing 220 mph. I got to be a lot of close ups too.
