Not sure if there is a body for this and even if there is i am quite certain the decals do not exist? I would like to do either version but the JM one would be best.

If you could find one of Bill J.'s 93 Penskes, you're half way there! The 93 through 96 Penskes are pretty close. You will have to do a little extra work by adding the "shark fin" and the "scoops" to the front of the side pods. Also, the kick-ups at the rear wheels need some work. Other than the model, you'd probably have to make your own decals or piece decals together from various manufacturers. You'd have to do that anyway with most of the Penske cars wearing the cigarette logo. I don't know if they'd be big enough, but you might be able to get the Mobil 1 decals by ordering a larger size of the Penske Verizon car from Michael? Just a thought, you may even want to consult Michael on that one.

I got interested in this car when I saw Ralph's wonderful conversion. mb2501.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=irldc&action=display&thread=2188Michael of Indycals made the decals (minus the marlys) for Ralph so I contacted Michael and he sold me a set of 1/25th scale decals. You will still have to find the marlys but there are sources for those. Jim is right about getting a '93 Penske from Bill Jorgansen. With that and and a Revell Reynard with the correct wheels you will have most of the parts needed. The Eagle Reynard decals have the correct yellow "Goodyears" that you will need. I started a set of plans for this car and then got caught up in a couple other projects, but I do hope to get back to it later this spring or early summer. Ralph, Michael, Bill J. and Stu have been a great help to me in getting as far as I've gotten. Now you've got me fired up to get back to it. Let me know if I can help in any way. If Michael made those decals available I'd definately buy a couple of sets. I do have an extra of Bill J.'s 93. I've been saving it, to hopefully some day do a 94 Rahal car, should decals become available, but I would change my mind if I could get other decals and Shayne and Paul are really making me think about it! Maybe Bill would think about redoing his 93 after sometime in the future?
