I'm not sure how many of you are familiar with Creative Miniature Associates and it's owner Marshall Buck, he runs a high end model car business. In 2008 he contacted me as he wanted a built up done of an Alfa Romeo that he wanted to take to Pebble Beach. We agreed on $400 for the build. I built the car according to his specs and delivered on time for him to get it to the show.
Since then I have not been able to collect the funds due to me. He will not return emails or phone calls. I had one of my friends email him for some specific info and prices on the car I had built(as it is displayed on his website currently). He promptly returned their email. So I am quite sure he is avoiding me. Marshall has burned bridges across the modeling community. I would emplore you not to do business with him or get paid upfront.
Do we have any small claims court specialists in the group?
