Sometimes I just want to sit down and glue some plastic together using little to no brain power at all (because I don't have much of that to spare). Recently I drug out this old Monogram Tom Daniel kit to sling together in what little spare time I've had. Totally and completely straight out of the box. Totally silly and such a blast. I just painted it and weathered it up. I hope you enjoy Rommel's Rod!! Military in the back but hot rod Mercedes staff car in the front, complete with supercharged straight 8!. The skeletons are also a fun touch, just in time for Halloween.

I completely understand your desire to build a simple kit as I've done the same thing. Always thought this model looked like fun but never got one. You did a great job on the weathering and detail.
