Tameo calls for them to be painted the same color as the body, but they are obviously a different color. I'm guessing that they are gold.

No idea what color they actually were, but from that photo I’d be personally inclined to use Tamiya Titanium gold…

The real wheels are cast magnesium, my go-to mix for the unpolished color is Testors MM Jet Exhaust with a little bit of gold added in.

Alclad Pale Burnt Metal would be very close if you're into that kind of paint. Use a silver base coat. If you want a used look to match the photo, brush some Mig dark deck wash over it.

I would go with either: Tamiya TS-75 Champagne Gold or Tamiya TS 87...Titanium Gold I used TS-75 on my 63 Novi build:

From a rattle can, I think Jordan is right. Tamiya Titanium Gold should get you close to that color.
