Today, I mostly finished my replica of the Coca-Cola Porsche 935 K3 driven by Derek Bell, Bob Akin, and Craig Siebert to a second-place finish in the 1981 Daytona 24-Hours. Akin and Bell are fixtures in the Porsche community, doing much on track to build the reputation of the marque in the 1970s and 1980s in all manner of machines from Stuttgart. This is the NuNu kit with Classic Racing Resins fenders designed to replicate the Coke machine. The fenders fit well, and I recommend them highly. I painted the car TS-8 (Italian Red) and used Indycals decals, both of which performed with their usual excellence. Thanks for looking!

Beautiful! How was this kit to build? I want to do an Interscope version. I'm hoping Michael does decals for that version some day.

Thank you for all the kind words.
The kit itself is a pretty easy build. The biggest issue is that the windshields are slightly too big and have to be gently and lightly sanded down. Otherwise, it’s a straightforward build.
The kit comes with the gold scallop decals for the wheels, getting them on was a matter of using solve-a-set to get prevent the decals from showing any silvering or film over the raised surfaces. It took some time, but the end result was worth it!

What a forum collaboration! Great job Jerry. Nice integration of Michael and Calvin's great offering's, too.
This might be my favorite of yours in 2021.
