1966 Shrike

As much as I have tried, I am just not into the Colt at this moment, although I am still thinking through some ideas for it's re-build. In an effort to re-kindle some interest in building, I have been playing with Parnelli's 1966 Shrike. I have always loved this cars beautiful lines and cool paint scheme. This car has had some challenges, keeping the tub symmetrical and doing the panel lines around the cockpit. I am currently working on shaping the nose to something I can be happy with.

 if it can help a little for the Shrike body lines seen from the top, those are from the long forgotten great site called ARTEMIS images that closed.Was full of color indy races from the sixties, that have for most of them vanished from the web.
