Looks like powder sugar! LOL We got at least a foot up here(Tacoma Washington) the past two days. It started raining last night and now it's melting....that's a good thing for me.

Ha-ha, rookie! We haven't seen a blade of grass here since mid-December! Probably 16" on the ground, 6" coming tonight, another 6-8" Friday! We hibernate!

But sorry you got that nasty white stuff.

Yup. Finally had to use my snow shovel this weekend in Boise. Certainly feel for all of those without power.

Well here in Missoula, I can't find a yard stick long enough to measure. But I love it. Watching the kids playing hockey on our lake. Doesn't get any better!!!

Have to say, I thought it was sugar too. We have to travel to see snow and if it's on the road, we turn around

LOL.....That's funny Hey Bill...I hear you on that. I like to visit the snow...not live with it..ya know? We barely get a third of the snow that we did in the mid 60's. Back then we got at least 3 ft. It was ok back then...but now...I'm old and don't want to play anymore. LOL...

Hi Tim We were expecting 16” last night. We only got 3” to 5”. Our Westies love snow. As soon as obligatory shoveling is done, work will commence on the recently arrived Profil 24 D Jag. And that’s my report. Stay warm, Dan

Dan: Which D Jag? 55,56, or 57? Tim

Hey Tim, Just got this 30 inches of snow two weeks ago, still hasn't gone away and we're expecting 6 to 10 more inches sometime between tomorrow and Friday! Here is my poor 1963 C10 pickup! I know this is nothing for our brothers farther north and west, like Calvin and Michael! However, it's unusual for us to get this much. We get snow, but not like this! It happens maybe once every five years. Thank God for snow throwers. Jim

It is a pleasing site from a 10 y/o's perspective. As an adult that has to deal with all the associated problems, it is not as amusing. I hope you are all staying warm and as safe as possible. This has been a rough winter for many around the country. A friend just sent me a picture of a town in Oklahoma who's water tower fell over. Serious issue. I can also see the failures of all the wind turbines and solar panels. I used to like those windmills until they obscured everything with them. Not very efficient compared to the costs and they ice up and let everyone down.
