Fellows, With the Lotus 29 and 34 and some other '60s rear engine using the Colotti gearbox I thought I'd modify the current AMT and IMC Colotti's a little more detailed. The AMT is the best IMO but needs better finning and the IMC needs much more. Looking at my references Sports Car Graphic and the Internet, I determined that the gearboxes needed longer sections, a "Lords" mount at front of trans and better finning. I chopped the many Colotti's I have to make longer sections and used .030Evergreen styrene strips all around the sections and put back together. I used a 63 Stingray fan shroud sanded flat to make the chassis attaching mount with two styrene tubes for the holding bolts. The photos show a DOHC Indy Ford, 255 Indy Ford as receivers. I have also made a Huffaker/BMC transaxle and a McKee transaxle which came out pretty good if I do say so my self.
Thanx, John

Its from a Lotus 29, the first mock up, body appears unpainted, with pushrod 255 with 58 MM Webers and trans has a paper tag. Attaching photo of that and my Mckee and Colatti rebuilds. BEAUTIFUL photo of the 29 don't you think? Thanx for the interest, John
