Its one of those cars that the avg. person would find interesting......I've shown a few family members my Cummins build already and I've gotten more of reaction out of them than most Indycar builds I do......usually they barely want to look at my Indycar builds.

To be fair and before this thread gets off topic on Mongooses......After Lance does the Cummins kit I'm sure it would be fair to bug him about the Mongoose.....he has a lot going on right now. Calvin, please build a Mongoose next! Brian If anyone wants to donate a Mongoose I will build it once I get it! I'd vote for a Mongoose also. kip AKA: "The Silent Majority Spl."

Sadly I do not have the molds for the metal parts to the Mongoose as R&D Unique was bought and sold a several times and is now gone. The body would also need a bit of work so it is very unlikely I will be re-issuing the Mongoose.

As responce to this re-issue has been awfull, I am giving it another week and will then refund those who have paid, while I can still do so.

I have only had 12 or 13 people express intrest in this kit and have received 5 orders as of today. I really need atleast 30 orders to make this happen (new molds for the metal are required), I do not see this happening.

Is it possible that more pre orders might arrive after the Holidays? This is the tightest money part of the year. I have customers driving around on bald tires who are waiting until after the Holidays to buy new ones.

Well I think the lack of intrest on this thread and on my website says it all, Its pretty much time to stop the hemorrhaging. I have made up my mind, I have 400.00 dallars to my name and that is it. I will be closing my website at the end of the month, after that any need to contact me can be through my reg. email lancesellers@aol.com It is still my plan to have all orders for the McLaren filled by the end of Dec. The orders for the Lotus should be filled by the end of Jan. I will be refunding people who paid by paypal for the Cummins Diesel later this evening, any personal checks that arrive will be shredded and money orders returned. Please do not contact me to try to buy masters or other stuff that might be left over. when I decide to, I will list some of these items on ebay. This is my final post on the matter.

Seems a bit extreme, and I really hate to see another company go away. However, if you feel this is the way to go, then I just want to say: Lance, thank you for all the great subjects you have produced over the years. I have not had the honor of buying all of them, but the ones I did were some of the best kits I have ever seen. I wish you all the best!

Lance, I'm very confused about the Lotus 38. The last we spoke you were going to be talking with Michael about the possibility of doing new tires for the kit and you weren't ready to take orders. I was waiting for you to announce it on your website.
