I check E-bay almost daily. I will be on the look out but if it was someone smart they would not post them real quick. I would may bee even give Gear Heads down in Indy a call and let them know. They are right by Race way Park. They do buy and sell die cast cars. You may also want to ask them for any other vendors in the Indy area that buy and sell die cast and call them too. That sucks all together. May bee put a wanted poster type out for these cars on other Forum boards. Just some thoughts.

Thx guys. Really crappy thing to happen to a good guy. Hope those bastards get caught. Angry at the fact some dude has my cars that I worked (expletive deleted) off making and will probably pawn em off of trash em!

Only just joined the forum but have to say this is absolutely beautiful work - James certainly has some talent behind him; though the Australian media focus more on his cousins who drive tin-tops down here. He's been unlucky in the past w/ being oh so close to that seat in the IRL.
Bloody shame some dropkick stole these from him; all that work for the seat; all of your hard work and a moment I bet he would have been cherishing stolen like that. Here's hoping the scum get a right ol' taste of lady karma

Here's hoping the scum get a right ol' taste of lady karma Welcome to the forum. You'll love this place! Lots of cool and helpful people! I'm glad James got that Aston Martin deal for the new sports car series. He showed how much skill he had in his two Indycar starts last year! So good for him! And yeah it sucks about the cars! Really sucked he was heartbroken when he called me the day it happened. No word from Indy PD about the jerks who did it or the cars either. I've already started work on the replacement cars for him. I'll post pics of them finished.

They all look great. So, what's the story on the different helmets?
I'm sure he's going to love them! Going to Long Beach is going to be a treat - enjoy it.... not too much LOL

Great work (again)! Now onto some Aston Martins The story, is that James didn't realize Indycar required carbon fiber helmets. So for Mid Ohio, with only days' notice, he borrowed one of Briscoe's helmets.

Wow, absolutely great work! Just read this thread for the first time, what a story! James will treasure them and the satisfaction you must feel in presenting these beauties to him must make up for the heartbreak of having the originals stolen.

If you can, bring those by the Coyne trailer before you give them to James. Be cool to show to Dale. I will pm you my cell #.

Thanks! I appreciate all the compliments. These suckers kicked my butt for sure. It'll pay off this weekend though. Jordan, stevek51 is right. At Mid-Ohio James didn't have the right helmet so Ryan let him use a spare. The white Crown7 helmet is his Sonoma helmet. I made 3 Mid-Ohio cars and 1 Sonoma. Trevor thanks and look forward to meeting up with you at the track!
